Job Description Job Description Commercial Roofing Project Manager Location: Dallas, Texas Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 base + commissions & performance bonuses Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager with strong estimating capabilities to oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out. This role is ideal for a professional who can confidently manage client relationships, pricing, scheduling, and execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial roofing projects from bid/award through completion Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals Review plans, specifications, and contract documents Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams Track costs, manage change orders, and protect project margins Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Oversee project documentation, billing, and close-out Required Qualifications 3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience Strong estimating / takeoff experience Proficiency reading construction drawings & specifications Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications Experience with both estimating and project management Familiarity with project management / estimating software OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary ($75k – $95k DOE) Commissions tied to project profitability / revenue Performance-based bonuses Standard Company Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) with company match (where applicable) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Professional development & training opportunities What Success Looks Like Accurate, competitive estimates Well-executed projects with strong margins High client satisfaction and repeat business Safe, organized, and efficient job sites
