Animal Pharmacy Customer Service Call Center Agent

Deliver exceptional customer service Navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems Enter prescriptions into company systems Handle inbound, outbound, and written customer interactions through email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions Work independently and collaborate with team members Engage with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities Answer more than 60 high-volume calls per day Assist customers for approximately 90% of the workday Complete six weeks of paid in-classroom training at the Swedesboro, New Jersey campus Work remotely after training, except for meetings Requirements Possess or be able to acquire a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License; training is provided Experience in data entry and multitasking Experience handling high-volume inbound calls, 60 or more per day Previous call center experience or experience in a high-volume call environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures Effective and persuasive communication Professional computer experience, including Office and Internet Strong math skills High school graduate or equivalent required Live within a commutable distance of Swedesboro, New Jersey Must meet performance metrics Able to work the stated Monday-Friday and Saturday schedule Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication and attention to detail.
