Role Overview As a Senior Backend & Algorithm Engineer, you will lead backend development and algorithm design at the forefront of circadian science and technology. Working closely with two of Timeshifter’s co‑founders — world‑renowned circadian expert Dr. Steven W. Lockley and CXO Jacob Ravn — you will enhance Timeshifter’s cutting‑edge technology platform and circadian algorithms, expand AI/ML capabilities, and manage technical integrations. Responsibilities Advance Timeshifter’s circadian technology platform, develop and refine algorithms, drive AI integration, improve APIs, and manage technical partner integrations. Qualifications Strong experience in backend development, algorithms, and AI. Experienced in good software design and practices. Familiarity with ReactJS, SQL, Linux and embedded systems, as well as AWS and Kubernetes.
