Make a difference in the lives of children by providing essential speech-language services in a supportive, dynamic school environment near Smyrna, DE. Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience with pediatric clients in a school-based setting is preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer strategies and support for communication challenges in both individual and group settings
