Mercer is hiring a Senior Lead Health & Benefits Large Market Consultant to manage and advise client accounts for large employers (2000+ lives) on medical, dental, life, and disability plans. You will serve as the subject matter expert and negotiate with carriers to secure optimal coverage, acting as the primary consultant and relationship manager for clients.
