Overview Supply Chain Administrator, Junior – Assist a team of procurement professionals by managing subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements. Balance multiple priorities, collaborate with internal teams, and build strong supplier relationships to meet sourcing needs promptly and with the highest standards. Responsibilities • Provide pre‑ and post‑award subcontract and purchase order administration, including solicitation, modification, and change order management. • Process disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with the Booz Allen Procurement Manual and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements. • Conduct price analysis of supplier proposals and write price‑analysis narratives for contract proposals. • Maintain procurement files, enter data into Booz Allen procurement systems, and serve as the primary interface between Booz Allen and suppliers throughout the contracting lifecycle. • Negotiate subcontract agreements and purchase order terms and conditions, prepare small‑business subcontracting plans, and ensure appropriate contract flow‑downs and agency provisions are incorporated. • Monitor supplier performance, address issues proactively, and assist in ensuring procurement activities remain cost‑effective and fully compliant with business systems. What You’ll Work On Collaborate with program managers, capture teams, and leaders to develop accurate demand forecasts. Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Analyze portfolio to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency using data analytics and forecasting tools. Learn skills to manage procurement requirements and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms. Utilize data insights to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement in procurement practices. Qualifications Experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations. Experience in federal procurement or subcontract management, including proposals, supplier selection, negotiations, and subcontract administration for U.S. government programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience utilizing AI to solve problems. Self‑starter who can function independently and collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders. HS diploma or GED. Nice If You Have Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub‑tiers. Experience with procurement software, ERP systems, e‑procurement platforms, and contract management tools. Knowledge of Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR). Compensation Annualized salary range: $48,100.00 to $98,000.00 (USD).
