Senior Roofing Estimator

Reference: BBBH99780_1784305043Responsibilities:- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other contract documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes- Conduct site visits to assess project scope, conditions, and potential risks- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and material pricing based on project requirements- Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and submit them to clients within specified deadlines- Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations with clients and subcontractors- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation
