Corporate Transactional Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join our legal team. As a Corporate Transactional Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of corporate transactions and legal matters for our clients. This role requires a strong background in corporate law, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating various corporate agreements and contracts
Providing legal advice and guidance on corporate governance issues
Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other transactional matters
Reviewing and analyzing legal documents and agreements
Collaborating with internal teams and external parties to facilitate successful transactions

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing corporate law
Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
