Our plants are hand-grown in carefully controlled environments designed to minimize unwanted chemicals and pests, keeping the cultivation process as natural as possible every step of the way.ROLE SUMMARYWe are searching for a talented Production Scheduler to assist in organizing and setting weekly and monthly production schedules. This position will be key to realizing long term inventory goals and will regularly work with other departments to align and ensure the processing plan is realistic, optimal, and executed correctly. To succeed in this role, you should be professional, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, and cannabis processing experience specifically is preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSet weekly production plans for processing division.Sequence the production lines daily to optimize efficiency and minimize changeoversTrack and Monitor daily volumes planned and released to verify variancesWork together with Demand Planner and Material Planner to optimize availabilityDrive the operational shift hours for production departmentsAlign multiple departments to keep plan on track and updated as needed.Complete reports to communicate status of planning/schedule as necessary.Contribute to long term supply chain improvements.Interface with external departments to bring new products to market.Identify areas of improvement and recommend action plans.QUALIFICATIONSSolid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.Past experience in Manufacturing Scheduling is a MUSTPast experience in cannabis industry is preferredSAP experience is preferredCapability to lead indirectly different departments on the released planStrong mathematical and statistical knowledge.Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid ability to manage database and analytics as central point to informationADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screeningSalary will be commensurate with experience.A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.Trulieve provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
