Specialty: Radiology Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/17/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Shift: Evening Shift Schedule: 5x8s (Monday–Friday) Time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Hours: 40 Hours/Week Weekend Requirement: As needed Holiday Requirement: As needed Call Requirement: No call required Floating: As needed Job Summary The OR Radiology Technologist performs radiographic procedures in an operative setting, assisting surgeons and radiologists by providing high-quality imaging while maintaining radiation safety and patient care standards. Responsibilities Perform radiographic procedures in the Operating Room setting. Operate C-Arm and portable X-ray equipment. Prepare and administer contrast media as required. Monitor and report adverse reactions to RN/supervisor. Obtain high-quality radiographs with minimal radiation exposure. Follow radiation protection protocols for patients and staff. Verify patient identification and physician orders before procedures. Communicate effectively with surgeons, radiologists, and OR staff.
