Sr. Supervisor - Maintenance Planning

Position Responsibilities: Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Maintenance Manager. Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc., along with daily labor OPEX budget and review Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback is a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 1 to 2 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 6-8+ years of specific exp and 3 to 4 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
