How you'll make an impact in this role

• Advanced Carpentry & Cabinetry Installation: Construct, repair, and expertly install custom and standard cabinetry, countertops, shelving, doors, frameworks, and wood structures according to blueprints or layouts.
• Flooring & Tile Work: Perform hands-on installation, repair, and replacement of various flooring materials, cove bases, ceiling tiles, and wall/floor tile work.
• Standard Electrical & Plumbing Maintenance: Execute standard facility plumbing repairs (such as fixture installs and pipe circulation checks) and basic electrical troubleshooting as needed for maintenance projects.
• General Structural Maintenance: Perform architectural repairs, drywall taping, structural woodwork adjustments, and finish work to ensure the facility remains fully functional.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
