Business Operations Associate

Our client is a fast-growing AI startup transforming the hospitality industry , helping independent hotels automate operations, optimize marketing, and drive revenue growth. They are hiring a Special Projects Associate to work across customer operations, marketing, and business initiatives. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage team, work closely with senior leadership, and take ownership of projects that directly impact the company's growth. Highlights: Base salary + equity Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus lunch and wellness stipends Join an early-stage, AI-native startup with significant growth potential Work closely with senior leadership on high-priority business initiatives Gain exposure to customer operations, marketing, GTM, and AI automation Help build and improve internal processes, systems, and automated workflows What They're Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in startup operations, customer success, GTM, marketing, or a similar fast-paced environment Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive , with strong follow-through AI-savvy and technically curious , with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in improving processes through automation High ownership mentality and willingness to handle both hands-on operational tasks and broader projects Experience with Google Ads, marketing operations, customer onboarding, CRM systems, or workflow automation is a plus, but direct experience is not required.
