Location: McKinney, TX (Hybrid/Remote with occasional local meetings)

Schedule: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week to start)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
• Schedule estimates, service appointments and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate technician schedules and adjust appointments as priorities change.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates and project status.
• Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and other customer documents.
• Track job progress and help ensure projects stay organized.
• Order office and project materials as needed.
• Assist with social media posts, online reviews and community outreach.
• Support marketing initiatives, including local events and neighborhood outreach.
• Maintain organized digital files and office records.
• Provide general administrative support to the owner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, office management or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using scheduling or CRM software is a plus.
• Experience in the home services, construction, property management or service industries is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
