House of Blues Banquet Server We are looking for a dedicated Banquet Server to join the House of Blues Dallas team. You will help create memorable private events through attention to detail, creativity, and consistent service. Responsibilities Oversee event setup, maintenance and breakdown; attend pre‑shift huddles; follow event‑specific instructions; serve food, pass trays, deliver beverage items; buss tables; provide professional service and maintain a consistent professional appearance. Requirements Flexible schedule; on‑call position with varying shifts. Working knowledge of basic food service, responsible alcohol service, drink recipes and garnishes, and point‑of‑sale systems. Positive attitude and ability to work and interact in a team atmosphere. Must have a valid alcohol awareness certification or be able to obtain certification. Acceptance of all cultures, music and art forms. Preferred Previous banquet experience. Previous serving experience in the hotel and/or hospitality industry. Cash handling experience. Experience recognizing valid ID’s. Experience in a live music environment. Physical Demands / Working Environment Fast‑paced, often loud and stressful environment.
