As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hotel/resort management and emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel/resort grounds, guest areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while providing a professional presence at the location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
