Competitive Pay: Earn a competitive paycheck while advancing your leadership skills. What You’ll Do as a Team Leader: Lead by example and set the tone for exceptional teamwork and service. Assist with day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Respond immediately and respectfully to guest needs. Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they embrace our values and standards. Open and/or close the restaurant, manage shifts, and serve as a key holder. Count drawers, finalize the day’s financials, and ensure operational accuracy. Foster a positive and encouraging environment for Team Members. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. What We’re Looking For: A warm smile, friendly demeanor, and enthusiastic communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for serving others. Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to coach and develop Team Members to reach their full potential. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Reliable transportation. A willingness to work collaboratively and take ownership of responsibilities. Preferred but not required: prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, or manager.
