Visual Product Designer

About the role You'll shape Gamma's visual identity within the product, collaborating with product, engineering, and other designers to ship visually stunning experiences from end‑to‑end themes to polish to slide layouts. This means owning and evolving our visual system, bringing our brand into the product in meaningful, delightful ways, and applying a high level of visual craft to anything that touches users. You'll work on experiences that go above and beyond in terms of detail and polish. As Visual Product Designer, you'll bring hands‑on experience in presentation design and graphic design to everything you ship. You'll demonstrate exceptional taste in color, type, layout, and hierarchy while balancing brand expression with usability. You'll create production‑ready specs in Figma and modern prototyping tools, ensuring every pixel serves both aesthetic and functional goals. Our team has a strong in‑office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most. Compensation range Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
