An iconic family-owned company with a strong community brand seeks a talented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. We're looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Coordinator to cover our lobby three days a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers - setting the tone for their experience with our organization.Job OverviewThe Front Desk Coordinator role supports front desk reception and mailroom management activities. This includes warmly welcoming visitors, efficiently handling incoming shipments, and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail. Moreover, this position assists with other general office duties.DutiesProvide front desk reception duties to include greeting office visitors in a warm and friendly demeanorAnswers the main telephone line, screens and forwards calls, provides information and takes accurate messagesSupports mailroom activities to include outbound FedEx and other shipments, postage machine and supplies, sorts interoffice and inbound postal mailHandle general housekeeping tasks, including ensuring coffee stations are up and running in the morning and performing shutdown activities at the end of the dayOther general administrative tasks to support all businesses throughout the building and more....RequirementsProven experience in customer service or a similar role is essential.Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients and staff.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for the Front Desk Coordinator position.
