Pick Pack Associate (Entry Level)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Pick Pack Associates to join our warehouse team in Elizabethtown, KY. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to start immediately. The position involves selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements

Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery

Label and prepare shipments for dispatch

Use handheld scanners or basic inventory systems (training provided)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Follow company safety guidelines and procedures

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

Assist with loading/unloading shipments if needed

No prior experience required (entry-level friendly)

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus

Must be detail-oriented and reliable

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 3050 lbs throughout the shift
