Your Role Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead & direct internal consulting team members, providing mentorship, oversight, & quality assurance to ensure successful delivery of client engagements. Partner with client stakeholders—including Finance, Contracts, Program Management, HR, & Procurement—to facilitate alignment of financial processes, system functionality, & organizational objectives. Advise clients on process improvements, automation opportunities, & leading practices to enhance operational efficiency & system effectiveness. Support client business initiatives by contributing to pricing strategies, proposal development, & rate structure discussions as part of broader advisory services. Provide actionable insights & strategic recommendations to client executive leadership, enabling informed decision-making throughout the ERP implementation & optimization lifecycle.
