The Agent's Office® is hiring four commission‑only Property & Casualty insurance producers in Frisco, Texas. This is a hunter role for licensed Texas P&C producers who want to build a serious income through new business production and a healthy active book. Compensation structure Base commission of 40% to 50% by tier on all new business — same rate whether the prospect came from your own pipeline, a cross‑sell to an existing client, a referral, or the shared lead program. On top of base commission, producers earn a Quarterly Production Retention Bonus of $750 to $16,000 per quarter (up to $64,000 per year) tied to active trailing‑twelve‑month new business commission. Five additional behavior‑specific bonuses — fast‑start, cross‑sell, referral, quality, and quarterly — stack on top. Renewals, restructured The Quarterly Production Retention Bonus replaces a traditional renewal trail. It pays meaningfully faster and rewards the active book you keep alive. Earnings ramp Year 1: $35,000 to $55,000 (ramp year with fast‑start bonus and quarterly bonus beginning to build). Year 2: $70,000 to $105,000 (active book established, quarterly bonus contributing $12K to $20K). Year 3+: $115,000 to $175,000+ (senior to elite tiers, quarterly bonus alone contributing $30K to $64K annually).
