Job Description Summary: Summary: As the Guest Room Attendant, you are a key contributor to the success of the Housekeeping team and the overall guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness ensure that each guest room is refreshed, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards. Through your daily efforts, you help create a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment that reflects the property’s dedication to quality and service. Your role not only supports smooth daily operations but also plays a vital part in upholding the property’s reputation and guest satisfaction. Job Description: Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position. Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment Requirements At least 18 Years of Age Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards None Physical Requirements Frequently push/pull up to 70lbs Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels Frequently squat, kneel, reach, bend, and twist Constantly standing and walking Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity Ability to ascend and descend stairs Work Environment Potential Conditions Indoor Smoky Noisy Slippery surfaces Exposure to dust, fumes, and/or gases Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
