We're a private dental practice located in Mayfield Heights, OH, looking for a dependable, motivated Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about patients. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What we can't train is reliability, initiative, and a genuine patient-first attitude, so that's what we're hiring for!

Schedule

Full-time

Tuesday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM

No evenings, no weekends!

What You'll Do

Assist the dentist during dental procedures and help ensure appointments run smoothly.

Prepare treatment rooms and instruments before procedures.

Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control standards.

Take dental X-rays and obtain diagnostic records as qualified and permitted.

Keep operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Help patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit.

Anticipate the dentist's needs and stay one step ahead during procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Work closely with the dentist, hygienists, and administrative team to keep the day running efficiently.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
