Majestic Plastics is employee owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in Bellefontaine, Ohio. If you are a strong leader who enjoys fast-paced manufacturing and wants a schedule that provides more personal time, we would like to talk with you.Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour3rd Shift – 11:30pm to 8:00amWhat You'll Do:Lead and support production employees on the manufacturing floorDrive safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectationsMonitor daily production schedules and staffing needsTroubleshoot production and personnel issuesTrain and develop team membersCoordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teamsMaintain a positive and accountable work environmentHelp improve efficiency and workflow throughout the shiftWhat We're Looking For:Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead by example on the production floorDependable and organizedComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentInjection molding or plastics experience is helpful, but not requiredAbout Majestic Plastics: We are a growing, 100% employee-owned manufacturing company located in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
