Client Service Associate

Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists and operations areas in a timely and professional manner. Actively contribute to the team, assisting with the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews. Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to trades, transfers, wires, credit, and investment. Responsibilities Support bankers and investors in relationship management with their client base. Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to trades, transfers, wire transfers, credit, and investments.
