Client Service Associate

Join to apply for the Client Service Associate role at Itaú USA Overview Support bankers and investors in performing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their client base. Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists and operations areas in a timely and professional manner. Actively contribute to the team, assisting with the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews. Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to trades, transfers, wires, credit, and investment. Responsibilities Support bankers and investors in relationship management with their client base. Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists and operations areas in a timely and professional manner. Contribute to the team by assisting with the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews. Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to trades, transfers, wire transfers, credit, and investments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 5 years of industry related experience Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills Self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act related principles, laws, rules and regulations, as well as Itaú’s related policies and procedures Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Customer Service Industries Financial Services and Banking Location noted: Miami, FL #J-18808-Ljbffr Itaú USA
