Registered Nurse ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide critical care to patients in a dynamic hospital environment. This role involves flexible scheduling and requires strong clinical skills in critical care settings.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and coordinate individual patient care in the ICU setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and effectively respond to changes in condition.
• Document all nursing actions and patient responses accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including certification requirements like ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH guidelines.
• Complete required modules and mandatory training during orientation and annually.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Possess at least 1 year of critical care experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Have current certifications in ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH.
• Travel experience and self-scheduling skills preferred.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts including nights and days.
