Global Lead, Health Economics & Reimbursement - Electrophysiology

Abbott seeks a Global Head of Health Economics & Reimbursement for its Electrophysiology business. This senior leader will develop and execute global HE&R strategy across the product lifecycle, partner with cross-functional teams, and manage payer relationships to optimize patient access and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior functional and business unit leader for HE&R strategy and execution
- Develop and lead global health economic, reimbursement, and market access strategies across product lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional teams to create payer-focused value messaging and coverage strategies
- Partner with commercial, clinical, regulatory, and finance teams on portfolio and pipeline access planning
- Build and develop global HE&R organization and regional teams managing coding, coverage, and access execution
Requirements
- Extensive experience in health economics, reimbursement, or market access strategy
- Proven leadership of functional teams and cross-organizational initiatives
- Deep knowledge of payer, provider, and health system decision-making processes
- Track record managing global or multi-regional healthcare market access programs
- Strong understanding of medical device reimbursement and regulatory landscapes
- Experience developing evidence strategies and health economic value narratives
