Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 12pm-8pm | 40-hour workweek
Pay: $15/hour

Our Chapman BMW on Camelback location is hiring a Lot Attendant to support our sales team, contribute to exceptional customer experiences, and help maintain dealership presentation standards. This entry-level position is a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Keep new vehicle lots neat, organized, and maintained to dealership display standards
Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to ensure vehicles are showroom-ready
Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed
Create and install key tags, buyer guides, and stock tags
Move vehicles between service lanes, service stalls, and parking areas as needed
Prepare display vehicles for customer viewings and test drives
Maintain a positive dealership appearance that enhances the customer experience

Qualifications

Previous automotive experience is not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional attitude, and strong teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
Must have valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
