Job Description
Clinical Nurse - Nursing

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days a week, from 06:45 to 15:15, with weekends, call, and late requirements. If called in, must be able to arrive within 30 minutes. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to one 12-hour shift per 2-week pay period.

Assignment Details

Local Bill Rate: $95 / Travel Bill Rate: $105

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the state board of nursing.
• BSN required.
• At least 3 years of RN experience in an operating room environment.
• Travel experience required.
• Must complete approximately 70 Net Learning modules and pass the ECG/Medication exam with a score of 80% or higher within one week of starting the assignment.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients.
• Develop and direct collaborative plans of care based on assessment data.
• Implement and evaluate plans of care, modifying as needed based on reassessment.
• Document all patient care according to established standards.
• Assess patient readiness to learn and implement individualized education plans.
• Engage in departmental initiatives and contribute to the professional development of peers.
• Provide age-appropriate care based on specific patient populations.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and professional standards.
