Committed Caregiver - Full-TimeWest Brookfield, MAGuardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver who is ready to make a lasting difference in one senior's daily life.This is more than a shift-based caregiving position. You will work consistently with the same client, building trust, learning their routines, and becoming a familiar, reassuring presence in their home. Instead, you will have the opportunity to build one strong, meaningful relationship and make a real impact every day.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a caregiver, you will provide personalized in-home support that may include:Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal carePreparing meals and helping maintain a clean, comfortable homeProviding medication remindersRunning errands and assisting with local outingsOffering companionship, conversation, and emotional supportObserving changes in your client's condition and communicating concerns promptlySupporting daily routines in a calm, respectful, and dependable mannerWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Committed to a full-time, ongoing scheduleReliable, patient, caring, and professionalComfortable supporting seniors with dignity and respectAble to build trust and maintain a consistent client relationshipAble to notice small changes and respond calmly when something seems wrongA valid driver's license holderHHA or CNA certification is a plus, but it is not required. Training is available for the right candidate.A Day That MattersYour day begins with a familiar hello-not a new client, a new routine, or another rushed introduction. You will help your client begin the day comfortably, support personal care and meals, keep the home organized, and share meaningful conversation.Over time, you will learn the details that matter: how they take their tea, which music helps them relax, what makes them laugh, and what a good day feels like to them.
