Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting student success as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a vibrant educational setting near Mount Gilead, OH. Youll work a consistent schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 3:55 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break, through the end of the school year in May 2027.

Leverage your RBT expertise while having the opportunity to collaborate with other dedicated professionals in a supportive atmosphere. While particulars of the caseload and job details are still being finalized, you can expect responsibilities that include implementing behavior intervention plans, monitoring and recording student progress, and working as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with children or within a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying needs and foster positive student engagement
• Professionalism and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies as directed by supervising staff
• Support students social, emotional, and academic growth
• Collect data and maintain clear, accurate records of student progress and behavior
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and team members
