Join our team as a Bilingual Licensed Clinician (Spanish required) providing direct clinical services in Brentwood, NY. This full-time role operates within a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, requiring expertise in counseling, social work, and mental health. The ideal candidate will work closely with program staff to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and oversee patient case management.
Bilingual Spanish required
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Family Therapy, or Mental Health
Independent license issued by NYS
Minimum five years of experience in substance use disorder treatment
Minimum two years of supervisory experience
Familiarity with OASAS regulations and other relevant bodies
Proven leadership and initiative skills
Strong ethical practices and judgment
Effective relationship management and emotional intelligence
Professional boundaries and cultural awareness
Critical evaluation and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
