Job description: We are seeking a CSR/Account Manager- Personal Lines/HNW Insurance to join our growing team. Can you deliver exceptional customer service? Responsibilities: Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls. Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Skills: 1-2 years of client service experience Property and Casualty Insurance License Experience with High Net Worth Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Work Location: In person Compensation Range: 55,000-80,000 depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Superior Insurance Partners LLC
