Job Summary We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. Position is responsible for serving as the primary administrative support for our major client's operations. Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate $23 - $25 per hour Benefits Paid time off 401k with company match Company‑sponsored life insurance Medical, dental, vision plans Voluntary short‑term/long‑term disability insurance Voluntary life, accident, and hospital plans Employee Assistance Program Commuter benefits Employee discounts Free hot healthy meals for unit operations roles Main Duties and Responsibilities Analyze data from custom computer screens and prepare driver run sheets for each flight Assign drivers to gates and flights Ensure coolers and meals meet customer specifications as a quality assurance specialist Monitor drivers’ kitchen departure time Track all flight, gate, meal order and other changes in flights Act as backup supervisor on the ramp, relaying changes and resolving customer problems Verify run sheets for accuracy and compliance with customer specifications Answer and log customer calls, concerns and complaints and recommend solutions Rotate periodically between scheduled shift and vacation relief shift Qualifications Education H.S. diploma required Associate’s degree preferred Work Experience 2+ years of general office or warehouse experience 1 year of experience directing the work of others 1–2 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred Technical Skills Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 or older to drive on the ramp Ability to multi‑task in a hectic environment Detail oriented and can keep calm under pressure Can work with minimal supervision or in an off‑site environment Can make independent decisions Can compile data from multiple sources accurately Can communicate status changes to all parties promptly Driven to document and improve processes Language / Communication Skills Ability to develop rapport with major client Job Dimensions Geographic Responsibility: Unit Type of Employment: Full‑time Travel: None Exemption Classification: non‑exempt Internal Relationships: unit employees External Relationships: customers Work Environment: Must be able to function in a warehouse environment; may be required to rotate between day and night shift Values & Competencies Thinking – Information search, analysis, and problem resolution skills Engaging – Understanding others, team leadership, and developing people Inspiring – Influencing and building relationships, motivating and inspiring, communicating effectively Achieving – Delivering business results under pressure, championing performance improvement and customer focus Employees are expected to live our values of Excellence, Integrity, Passion, and Accountability.
