HR Manager

To lead HR initiatives focused on employee engagement and development, the full-time HR Manager will provide strategic partnership to leadership and hands-on support to employees in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, employee development, engagement, and retention strategies Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and grievances Manage and continuously improve the company's performance management process to drive employee growth and accountability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Manager or similar role within the IT Software Consulting or professional services industry Experience managing and administering a Learning Management System (LMS) Demonstrated experience supporting all phases of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting and performance management Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
