About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their global team. The CPO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for overseeing a team of HR professionals and steering the direction of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies and programs. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining trust with staff and senior leadership across the global network. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fostering positive workplaces for high-performance workforces, be a creative problem-solver, and an experienced change manager. The CPO's mission is to ensure that the company remains an employer of choice, with a focus on building an inclusive, equitable, and joyful organizational culture. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should be prepared to lead the Centers of Excellence and the Global Network in attracting, retaining, and supporting a diverse and talented group of individuals.
