What Drives Success As a Counter Sales Associate, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, engage in day‑to‑day store operations, and positively impact sales goals. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and local team to manage inventory, maintain store appearance, record received and shipped products, and prepare items for shipment. Duties Provide a high level of customer service with product expertise and selling skills. Maintain appearance of store. Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills. Be self‑motivated and detail oriented. Show interest in advancement and be a team player. Complete all assigned training within given timeframe. Take on Manager duties as needed, including scheduling, ordering, and carrying out open/close procedures. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least 2 years of related experience. Strong oral and written communication skills, computer skills required (Microsoft applications), and knowledge of HVAC systems. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation This is a salaried non‑exempt role; employees receive a salary and overtime pay for hours beyond 40 in a week (or as required by state law). Starting salary range is $50,400–$66,150 annually, with adjustments based on geography/market and candidate qualifications.
