As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shawn Higgins - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Our Agency has been serving the Indianapolis area since 2009. We pride our Agency Team with having a fun environment and culture. We are active in the community and partner with many local businesses and organizations. Our Team is passionate about helping families and taking care of people in our community.
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Pro-actively reach out to customers to grow the Agency customer base. Visit local businesses to create and maintain community relationships and attend community events. Gather accurate customer information and provide excellent customer service and experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in sales and/or marketing or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Carmel, IN. I have been a State Farm agent since 2009. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
