We have hours available in several counties, including Adams, Marquette, Waushara, Green Lake, West Fond Du Lac, North Columbia, and South Waupaca.

What We Offer

• $16.50 to $17.00 Per Hour Starting Wage , Plus an Extra $2.00 Per Hour Shift Differential for Overnight and Weekend Hours
• Paid Travel Time (At Wage)
• Client Errand Mileage Reimbursement ($0.30 Per Mile)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for caring individuals to provide 24/7 care and support to individuals with their Activities of Daily Living, such as:

• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, showering, toileting)
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, laundry, dishes, making beds, taking out the trash, etc.) 
• Medication Reminders
• Run Errands/ Shopping 
• Companionship 
• Respite

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid WI Driver's License
• Have or Obtain Auto Liability Insurance (100/300/100) Liability Amounts
• Have Reliable Transportation
• Able To Pass a Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
• Maintain Professional Boundaries 
• Must Be Willing to Travel a Minimum of 30 Miles from Your Home
• Must Be Willing to Assist Clients with Personal Care (Bathing, Dressing, Showering, Toileting)
• Ability to Show Kindness and Compassion to Those We Serve
• Ability to Treat Others and Their Property with Respect and Dignity
• Must Be 18 Years or Older, with a High School Diploma or Equivalency Diploma
• Must Pass a Pre-Employment Physical. (Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull from high/low positions, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit, and climb stairs; may be repetitive.)
• Take and pass a TB Test within 30 days of Employment
