What You’ll Do Engage with customers to deliver excellent service, educate them about products, and foster brand loyalty. Act as a product expert and educate, inform, inspire, and wardrobe the customer. Collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class, omni-channel customer experience. Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs. Drive sales and service using suggestive selling and proactive engagement. Support store operations including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment. Handle customer interactions and potential issues, including returns, courteously and professionally. Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Who You Are A good communicator who can effectively interact with customers and teammates to meet goals. A customer-focused service provider who helps deliver an exceptional experience on and off the sales floor. Passionate about retail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A problem solver focused on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and willing to take action. Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as needed. Able to utilize retail technology and move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
