Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven  Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our busy, established medical aesthetics practice.

Position Overview

The Practice Manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing all daily operations
• Driving sales and revenue performance
• Managing marketing and lead conversion
• Supervising and developing staff
• Ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Conducting consultations and closing treatments
• Maintaining strong patient relationships and reputation growth

This is a leadership role for someone who understands both patient experience and business performance.

Core ResponsibilitiesOperations & Workflow Management

• Oversee all aspects of practice operations including scheduling, patient flow, leads management, and administrative workflows to maximize efficiency
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records and compliance standards
• Monitor and improve clinic productivity metrics
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and patient satisfaction

Revenue, Sales & KPI Accountability

• Own and drive all revenue targets
• Ensure staff meet and exceed monthly KPIs
• Track and analyze performance metrics (consultation-to-close ratios, lead conversion, retention rates)
• Conduct consultations and assessments
• Maintain a high closing ratio to generate revenue
• Upsell and cross-sell services appropriately
• Increase client retention and lifetime value

Lead Generation & Conversion

• Develop strategies to grow qualified leads
• Oversee and manage all incoming leads
• Implement structured follow-up systems to ensure high lead-to-appointment conversion
• Follow up with leads personally and ensure they are handled immediately
• Improve consultation booking rates and overall conversion performance

Marketing & Brand Development

• Promote the spa across social media platforms
• Ensure consistent brand presence and engagement online
• Gather and manage online reviews (Google, Yelp, etc.)
• Implement systems to increase positive reviews and strengthen online reputation
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community outreach
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and patient acquisition

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial reporting, billing processes, and revenue cycle management
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Booker, TouchMD, and Podium
• Monitor profitability and operational costs
• Ensure accurate billing and collections processes

Team Leadership & Human Resources

• Supervise front desk personnel, nurses, estheticians, laser technicians, and administrative staff
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff development initiatives
• Create a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Spa and/or Plastic Surgery practice management experience
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve KPIs
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management
• Experience using EMR/EHR platforms such as Booker, TouchMD, and Podium
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales background with high consultation closing ratios
• Background in Laser, Nursing, Esthetics, or clinical care is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 5 years of customer service leadership experience

Reliable commute to Phoenix, AZ 85018 required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $75,000
Plus: Monthly performance bonus tied to revenue and KPI targets
