Full-Stack .NET Developer

Stellar Professionals

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to maintain, troubleshoot, and modernize mission-critical systems across healthcare, child welfare, and state programs. This hands-on role covers the complete stack-from database tuning and SSRS reporting to backend APIs and UI updates.

Work Arrangement: Remote

Location: Des Moines, IA

Key Technical Skills Needed

Core Backend: C# | .NET Framework | ASP.NET Core | REST & SOAP APIs
Database & Reporting: SQL Server (Advanced Stored Procedures & Performance Tuning) | SSRS
Frontend & UX: HTML, CSS, SASS | Angular | WCAG 2.1 AA Accessibility Standards
Cloud & DevOps: Azure DevOps | AWS Services | GitHub

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and backend APIs.
Develop and troubleshoot SSRS operational reports.
Modernize legacy systems while reducing technical debt and improving accessibility.
Resolve complex production issues across multi-tier environments.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience across the full .NET and SQL Server ecosystem.
Proven track record with REST/SOAP integrations, Azure DevOps, and WCAG accessibility standards.
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
