Trauma Sales Representative - Minneapolis, MN (Twin Cities)

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for the Minneapolis area to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. The role requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with field-based work and 30% travel.
Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker trauma products and solutions to surgeons and healthcare facilities
- Develop expertise in trauma products and competitor offerings to advise customers
- Manage and maintain product inventory and prepare for emergency consultations
- Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals
- Attend sales and professional association meetings outside regular business hours
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
- 3+ years sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
- Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals
- Compliance adherence and commitment to ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
