Primary Care Physician - Family or Internal Medicine

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation of $180,000–$320,000 annually, based on experience and training, including base salary and productivity incentives

Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment
Current BLS certification
Experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise electronic health record system
Multilingual skills or cultural competency with the diverse communities of eastern Brooklyn (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, or other commonly spoken languages)
Interest in value-based care, population health, and care coordination
Desire to teach and participate in graduate medical education
