Job Description As a Server at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will play a key role in providing outstanding dine-in experience to our guests. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience. Job Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and attentive dine-in experience. Assist guests with menu selections and offer recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest tables throughout the dine-in experience. Clear empty dishes, refill drinks, and provide additional items as requested. Promote additional menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Process guest payments accurately using cash, credit card, or other payment methods. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Maintain cleanliness of the dine-in area and server stations. Assist with closing duties, including restocking supplies, cleaning. Other tasks as requested. Required Skills Strong verbal communication skills High guest satisfaction expectations and focus Able to take direction and work together as a team Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focused Education & Experience HS Diploma or GED Certification Must be at least 18 years of age Food Handler’s and state alcohol certification Previous experience preferred Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions Team Member Benefits Competitive Pay and Growth Team Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!
