Express Technician PositionSubaru of Wichita is looking for motivated Express Technicians. Competitive pay with a very aggressive performance bonus structure to complement your pay plan. We work on over 1500 vehicles a month, and do not ever run out of work. 5-day work schedule with rotating Saturdays. If you are looking for a lot of hours and have little or no comebacks, we NEED you!ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles.Conduct tire services, including rotations and installations.Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues.Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the shop.Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.Other duties as assignedQualificationsMust have a Valid Driver's License and Clean driving recordMust have a great attitude and be willing to constantly learnPrevious experience in automotive repair or service is preferred but not required.Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive diagnostics is a plus.Must be customer-focused and constantly provide a high level of serviceMust be able to pass background checkWillingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in vehicle maintenance and repair.Company OffersFull benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 K plus Company Match)Competitive wagesRoom for advancementWe run a VERY FAST PACED, HIGH ENERGY, and FUN ENVIRONMENTCompensation And Scheduling$16.00 -$19.00 an hourMonday-Friday with rotating Saturdays
