We're hiring an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to manage and grow our estate planning and probate practice This is a role for an attorney with a business owner's mentality who will work with an experienced paralegal and client success coordinator. You'll own client relationships, lead your own matters, help shape how the practice scales, and manage the team around you. Compensation: $90,000-$150,000+ On Target Earnings (with a $90,000-$135,000 base) with the ability to earn quarterly performance bonuses and profit-sharing.
