Coil‑Fed Progressive Die Press Operator

Location: Mooresville, IN | Job Type: Full time

What will you do every day?

• Operate high‑speed stamping presses with consistency and care
• Handle coiled steel—loading and unloading with overhead cranes according to safety protocols
• Confirm part precision using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Capture accurate production counts, inventory movements, and job documentation across multiple logs
• Read and apply dimensional part prints to meet specification
• Wear and maintain required PPE: ear protection, safety glasses, approved safety gloves
• Pitch in on related production tasks and upskill as new work arrives

What do you bring?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year manufacturing experience and 1+ year stamping press experience

What skills help you succeed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions
• Forklift certification or similar credentials are a plus

Where will you work?

• Busy manufacturing floor with machinery, noise, and metalworking fluids
• Standard shifts with potential overtime or shift work based on production needs
