Job Summary Ensures that the nursing units are optimally staffed based on census and acuity. Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent (preferred). Minimum Experience Requirement: Customer service experience preferred; typing, data entry, and prior Kronos experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
